1. What MyAdmitFit is

MyAdmitFit is an AI-powered college planning tool that generates personalized college lists based on information you provide. It is intended for use by high school juniors and seniors (ages 16+) and their parents or guardians, including international students exploring US college options.

MyAdmitFit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, the College Board, Common App, or any other admissions organization.

2. What you're purchasing

Your one-time payment of $39.00 USD gives you access to:

• One personalized AI-generated college list (12–16 schools across Reach, Target, and Safety tiers)
• Acceptance rates, GPA and test score ranges, deadlines, and cost of attendance per school
• Personalized fit explanations for each school
• A downloadable PDF of your results
• Access to the quiz tool to generate your list

This is a digital product. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the college list has been generated. However, if your results do not reflect the information you provided, or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your list, email us at support@myadmitfit.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to make it right.

3. FitScore Premium add-on ($19.00 USD)

MyAdmitFit offers an optional FitScore Premium upgrade, available as a one-time add-on after completing the base $39.00 purchase. The FitScore Premium upgrade costs $19.00 USD and unlocks:

• FitScore analysis for every school on your list, powered by the Admissions Fit Index (AFI)
• A breakdown of institutional priority factors sourced from each school's published Common Data Set (CDS)
• Measurable gap analysis showing where your profile exceeds, meets, or falls below each school's expectations
• A self-assessment checklist for non-measurable admissions factors

The FitScore Premium upgrade is a one-time, non-recurring charge. It is an add-on to the base product and is not available as a standalone purchase. No account or login is required. The same no-data-storage policy applicable to the base product applies to this upgrade. All sales of the FitScore Premium upgrade are final and non-refundable once the upgrade has been activated.

4. User reviews and testimonials

MyAdmitFit allows buyers to voluntarily submit feedback and reviews after receiving their college list. By submitting a review, you agree that:

• MyAdmitFit may display your review on our website, social media, or marketing materials
• Your review may be attributed by first name, description (e.g. "Parent of a Junior"), or anonymously at your preference
• We may edit reviews for length or clarity, but will never misrepresent your words or meaning
• We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission at our discretion
• Submitting a review is entirely voluntary and does not affect your access to the product

5. Personal use only

Your MyAdmitFit results are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the tool with others
• Use the output for commercial purposes without written permission
• Represent AI-generated recommendations as your own professional advice
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the tool or its underlying methodology

6. Not professional advice

MyAdmitFit provides AI-generated recommendations for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional college counseling, academic advising, or financial aid consultation.

All college data — including acceptance rates, deadlines, costs, and program details — should be verified directly with each institution before making any admissions decisions. Data is sourced from publicly available records including the Common Data Set (CDS) and IPEDS but may not reflect the most current information.

7. International students

MyAdmitFit is available to students worldwide. Recommendations are based on US college admissions data. International students should independently research visa requirements (F-1 student visa), English language proficiency requirements (TOEFL/IELTS), and any country-specific application requirements not covered by this tool.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the brand name MyAdmitFit, the FitScore name and methodology, logo, landing page copy, quiz design, and PDF output design — is the intellectual property of MyAdmitFit and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

MyAdmitFit is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding admission outcomes. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this tool shall not exceed the total amount you paid (up to $58.00 USD if both the base product and FitScore Premium upgrade were purchased).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of MyAdmitFit after changes constitutes acceptance.
