My College Compass is a digital college planning tool that generates personalized college lists using AI. We are a small independent business operating in Florida, USA.

This information is sent directly to the AI to generate your college list. It is not stored in any database, not linked to your identity, and not retained after your session ends.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. My College Compass never sees or stores your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.
This tool is designed for use by students aged 16 and older (typically high school juniors and seniors), or by parents and guardians on behalf of students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, please have a parent or guardian use this tool on your behalf.
Because we do not store any user data, there is no personal information to delete or request. Each session is completely independent.

College recommendations are generated using AI trained on publicly available admissions data including the Common Data Set (CDS) and IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System). All data should be verified directly with each institution before making admissions decisions.
We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of My College Compass after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
